There are many ways to express your feelings. Crying, laughing, talking and shouting are quite common ways to express day-to-day feelings. But to express musings, we all resort to poetry or quotations. I am no exception. And these are my musings! (updated whenever i am destined to…)

Smile please.It’s a joke !!! (I actually wanted to write a Haiku involving earth and sun)
Earth shrugged!
Sun flirted again, saying:
“Smile or else i’ll come to your’s for dinner”
I wrote this for a friend’s wedding. I believe life would be beautiful if both the husband and the wife stay committed to one another and look out for each other at all times. The original version was not a Haiku and went,
Millions of stars in the sky,
Yet the sun is the chosen one!
If earth lacked that love and commitment,
Wouldn’t life be just miserable?
This Haiku is about the sorry state of today’s world where we try and hurt each other to satisfy our own ego. Eventually, i feel, no one triumps!
He poked one, I poked two!
With just one eye left,
We both struggled to live!
The next one is about the mystical relationship between a male and a female. Both are totally different in the way they think and behave. And, both have learnt to handle each other in their own ways.
He lies;
she smiles;
both satisfied!
This is about the ridiculous idea of identifying people with the pigment present in their skin. I know it is getting better, but there is still a long way to go.

This is a workplace Haiku. We all have leaders at work and most of them are leaders because everything around them seems to be going fine. The moment a thing fails, they are in for a failure that features domino effect.
Incapable leader;
until everything goes well,
everything goes well.
I wrote this when i thought about what actually brings happiness in married life. Many married couple separate for unjustified reasons because they do not understand that the worldly pleasures do not bring intimacy.
She cant speak;
he cant walk;
yet very happy together.
